Invalidation of Employment Permit

The Employment Permit shall be invalidated if

• the period for which the Permit has been issued expires;
• the employment ends before the expiration of the period for which the Permit has been issued;
• the period for which the residence permit has been issued expires;or
• the residence permit in the Czech Republic is not granted or issued, is invalidated, or ceases to exist for other reasons.

Withdrawal of Employment Permit

The Regional Office of the Labour Office shall deprive the foreigner of the work permit if the employment is carried out in contradiction to the issued work permit or if it was issued on the basis of false information. An appeal against the decision to withdraw an Employment Permit has no suspensory effect.
