Fast Track – Accelerated Procedure for Internally Transferred and Localised Employees of Foreign Investors

Since 1 February 2012, the Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs has been involved in the implementation of the "Fast Track" – Accelerated Procedure for Internally Transferred and Localised Employees of Foreign Investors project, managed by the Ministry of Industry and Trade.

The aim of the project is to streamline the procedures for the entry and employment of foreigners (managers and specialists) from third countries in the Czech Republic as part of the internal transfer (so-called employee despatch) or localisation of the employee, thus providing the Czech Republic with a sufficient skilled labour force to maintain and increase its competitiveness.

Welcome Package for Investors

Since 1 July 2013, the Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs has been involved in the implementation of the "Welcome Package for Investors" project, led by the Ministry of Industry and Trade.

The aim of the project is to streamline the entry and employment procedures for key foreigners from third countries who need to obtain the necessary residence and work permits in the territory of the Czech Republic as part of their investment in the Czech Republic.

Special Procedures for Highly Qualified Employees from Ukraine

The Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs is participating in the implementation of the "Special Procedures for Highly Qualified Employees from Ukraine" project, which is managed by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

The aim of the project is to achieve time savings in accepting and processing applications for employees and Blue Cards for specialists from Ukraine who will perform highly qualified work in the service sector or the public sector in the Czech Republic.

The project was approved by Czech Government Decision No. 912/2015 Coll. of 09/11/2015.

Special Procedures for Qualified Employees from the Ukraine

The Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs is participating in the implementation of the "Special Procedures for Highly Qualified Employees from the Ukraine" project, which is headed by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

This project was created in order to achieve time savings in the reception and processing of applications for employee cards for Ukrainian citizens who will perform qualified work in the Czech Republic (in the job positions classified in the main classes according to the valid version of the CZ-ISCO Classification of Occupation 4–8 in the area of manufacturing, services or the public sector). The mode is primarily intended for technical professions.

The project was approved by Czech Government Decision No. 703 Coll. of 27/07/2016.
