If you use a link from the central records of vacancies, the portal will automatically fill in the job vacancy number and other details of our future employment.
If you have concluded an employment contract for a job vacancy that is not published on the portal, find out the job vacancy number from your future employer and fill in the information about your future employment in the form yourself.

Notification of employment termination, change in a job position, change in an employer or employment in another job position or with another employer submitted by a foreigner holding an employee card
This form is to be submitted by an employee card holder at an office of the Department of Asylum and Migration Policy of the Ministry of Interior CR in the case of early termination of employment , change in a job position or change in an employer (Section 42g of Act No. 326/1999 Coll., on residence of foreigners in the territory of the Czech Republic). All foreign nationals who do not enjoy free access to the labour market of the CR or do not hold a valid work permit are required to apply for a change in a job position or an employer in advance at the Ministry of the Interior CR by filling in the employee card application form.

Notification of an expected change in a job position of a foreigner holding an employee card or blue card submitted by the employer
This form is to be submitted by an employer of a foreigner holding an employee card at an office of the Department of Asylum and Migration Policy of the Ministry of Interior CR (Section 107(9) of Act No. 326/1999 Coll., on residence of foreigners in the territory of the Czech Republic).
Notification of commencement of employment or posting of a person submitted by the employer
Employer's notification of commencement of employment or posting of a person to perform tasks arising from a contract concluded with a foreigner holding a work permit, green card, blue card or employee card in the CR (Section 87 of Act No. 435/2004 Coll., on employment).
