Foreigner’s or employer’s information duty with respect to OAMP of the Ministry of the Interior

  It is filed by a foreigner’s employer with an employee card at the OAMP office of the Ministry of the Interior (Section 107 (9) of the Act No. 326/1999 Coll., on the Residence of Foreigners in the Czech Republic).


• Notification of a foreigner with an employment card on the termination of employment, change of employment, change of employer or employment to another job or another employer - electronic form/PDF
  It is filed by the employee card holder at the OAMP Office of the Ministry of the Interior in case of early termination of employment, change of employment, change of employer (Section 42g of the Act No. 326/1999 Coll., on the Residence of Foreigners in the territory of the Czech Republic).
  With the exception of a foreigner with free access to the labour market of the Czech Republic or a foreigner with a valid work permit, it is necessary to request the Ministry of the Interior to change the job or employer in advance by filling in the form request for employment card.


• Foreigner - blue card holder notification of the termination of employment, change of employment or change of employer - electronic form/PDF
  It is submitted by a blue card holder at the OAMP Office of the Ministry of the Interior in case of an early termination of employment, change of employment or change of employer (Section 42i of Act No. 326/1999 Coll., on the Residence of Foreigners in the Czech Republic).
  Note that during the first two years of stay in the territory on the basis of a blue card it is necessary to request the Ministry of the Interior to change the employment or an employer in advance by filling in the form blue card request. After two years, this notification form is sufficient (reporting a vacancy is always necessary).
